Guy Ferdman
Co-Founder, Satori Prime, wearing the CEO and CMO hats. Fifteen years building a performance-based, transformation, and nervous-system-regulation company from zero to 12,500+ clients in 22+ countries, after four years topping every real estate desk I worked, and four years as the top earner in a 3,500-person sales network, training and speaking on stages in New York, London, and Sydney.
Currently exploring marketing and operations leadership opportunities.

Commercial real estate, Paramus NJ. Commission-based salesperson, earned the highest commission in the company for 3 of his 4 years there. Built long-term relationships with brokers, assessed deal risk, and worked directly with borrowers on large development loans for land, buildouts, and dream projects.
Top earner for 4 years within a network of 3,500+ affiliates; selected to train and coach other affiliates from stages based on that performance, a role that continued even after stepping back from active affiliate work. Led marketing masterminds and traveled to London, Sydney, and New York to privately train hundreds of people, and spoke from stages of 100-1,000+ on marketing, sales, performance, and transformation. $5.5M+ in sales through paid advertising. Training ground before transitioning fully into Satori Prime in 2016, and that income funded and fed the earliest years of the business.
CEO and CMO responsibilities held directly, also strategy director and copywriter. Spun off the affiliate business entirely in 2016 to focus solely on Satori Prime and transformational work with clients. Partnered with a COO and a sales manager overseeing a 5-person sales team (2017–2024), personally covering what fell outside their scope; grew the organization to about 8 people by January 2024. Own the entire marketing stack: paid ads, funnels, email/SMS automation, analytics dashboards. Operations, content, podcasting, CRM, site builds. 12,500+ clients, 22+ countries. $6MM in revenue 2011–2016, $14MM from 2016–2026.
Most people pick one. I use both to build things that regulate and perform.
A friend was flipping vintage Porsches and parts on the side, clearing close to $80k a year through an exhausting manual process spread across scattered forums. Over dinner one night, I mapped out how to centralize it into a dedicated search engine for car enthusiasts. He built it. Four years later, he sold the company for over $100MM.
